Italy and its hill towns
I have been visiting Italy for over a decade, initially I just brought my sketchbook and used it as a travel journal; the drawings I developed into screen prints. Then my sketchbooks became more elaborate and I started to introduce collage, pigments, paint, pencils, whatever I felt worked.
The sketchbooks proved to be popular so I had the pages made into limited edition prints of 20 or 25 so people could have a piece of my sketchbooks for themselves.
Subsequently I have been working in oils on canvas alongside the sketchbooks. Some of these works are available to buy in the shop.
