Buying Online

Buying art online should be a rewarding experience for both buyer and seller.
I aim to give you as much information as possible, however please check dimensions and colours as they may vary from screen to screen.
Prints are sold unframed, both the image size and paper size are stated. Prints are printed onto white paper so there will be a border.
Paintings on canvas may be edged with a wooden surround, this can easily be removed if you wish to frame yourself but offers protection.
Ceramics will be wrapped to protect against damage. Large ceramics cannot be posted.
If you need more information please get in touch before making a purchase.
If you wish to return an item it must be within 5 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in perfect condition and the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.

Shipping

The price for shipping within the UK is included in the price unless stated otherwise.
For shipping outside the UK please get in touch.
I take great care to ensure work is wrapped to avoid any damage.
I aim to dispatch items within 48 hours. Once items are sent they cannot be recalled.
If an item appears to be delayed please contact the shipping company first when possible.

Damage

If items arrive damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with photographs so I can resolve the problem.
Please do not accept goods if the packaging is damaged.
