King's Wood in Snow

I regularly drive along the road dividing King’s Wood and one day in December it was snowing and I was captivated. I stopped to get out and place myself inside this fairy tale scene. It was silent and magical and I didn’t know it at the time but it would draw me back and this was the beginning of a sustained period of being in the woods that would form the body of work for my MA.
